About

After a 27-year career, I decided to step off the proverbial hamster wheel to reflect, acquire new AI skills, and to do things i really enjoy. In last 5 years, I have learned more about humanity, leadership and my true North than ever before. Never in my life had I imagined one day I would need to lead a team of over 14,000 individuals through the worst crisis in our careers. Someday, I will pen something.

I consider myself very fortunate. Throughout my career, I have had leaders took exceptional leaps of faith in me. They entrusted me with significant responsibilities even in areas where I had no prior experience in. Their trust, combined with my cat-like curiosity and heartlander grit, enabled me to build a unique skill set spanning both real estate ownership and business operations, across diverse sectors, geographies, and throughout the real estate lifecycle.

Argus MGT was born from my desire to blend these diverse experiences into a mission that goes beyond personal gain. The name was inspired by Argus Panoptes, the all-seeing giant with 100 eyes in Greek Mythology.

Argus epitomises profound insight and steadfast vigilance. Despite his immense capabilities, Argus was ultimately a mortal, serving at the behest of the gods. His role — imbued with remarkable foresight and dedicated to a cause greater than himself — resonates with the ethos of Argus MGT.

During this career interlude, I want to engage in passion-driven, intellectually stimulating projects across industries. I thrive in solving difficult problems and thoroughly enjoy the challenge. I want to utilise my skills to help others and the next generation of leaders achieved their goals. Through impactful and meaningful work, I want to contribute to the community.

I am particularly interested in using my experience in applied technology and change management to collaborate with organisations initiating transformative challenges. I am deeply convinced that the next phase of digital revolution, propelled by advancements in AI and machine learning, will disrupt many existing models and structures.
